Iran seeks Gulf security pact without foreign military presence, Araghchi says

Tehran says it is consulting Saudi Arabia, Türkiye and Pakistan on a regional framework, while linking a possible reopening of the Strait of Hormuz to US concessions on sanctions, oil exports and military deployments.
