Envoy urges Iran, Iraq to shift scientific ties from student recruitment to joint projects

Tehran, IRNA – Iraqi ambassador to Iran has said cooperation between the two countries in the scientific field must not rest solely on recruiting students, it should instead advance toward joint project implementation, the exchange of professors and researchers, and the growth of technological collaboration.
