German Chancellor, Ukrainian President Say Russia Must Agree to Energy Ceasefire

Berlin, October 12 (QNA) - German Chancellor Friedrich Merz and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy expressed their belief during a telephone call today that Russia must agree to a ceasefire with Ukraine covering all energy infrastructure in both countries.
