Iran’s defense minister nominee outlines plans to upgrade military capabilities

Tehran, IRNA – Iran’s defense minister nominee Mehrdad Akhlaqi has outlined plans to restructure the Ministry of Defense, accelerate the development of new defense technologies, and upgrade the country’s military capabilities in response to evolving threats.
