Montenegro expels popular Russian war blogger wanted by US

Mikhail Zvinchuk, who served with the Russian army in Syria and founded the Rybar Telegram channel, is wanted by the US for alleged election interference and has been sanctioned by the EU for promoting pro-Russia propaganda.
