Presidents Erdogan, Putin Speak by Phone, Discuss Ties, Regional and Global Issues

Ankara, October 07 (QNA) - Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin spoke by phone Wednesday to discuss bilateral relations, as well as regional and international issues.
