Palestinian-American journalist freed after 13 days in Israeli detention Palestinian-American journalist Naqaa Hamed was released from Damon Prison after 13 days, following an Israeli court decision. Hamed was arrested on 15 September at the Tuqu checkpoint while returning from an assignment. She was separated from her camera crew and taken to an unknown location for questioning.
