Iraqi PM at UNGA: State Monopolization of War, Peace Decisions Remains Top Priority

New York, September 25 (QNA) - Addressing the 81st UN General Assembly session, Iraqi Prime Minister Ali Al Zaidi stated that centralizing decisions on war and peace strictly within constitutional institutions and restricting weapons to state control remain his government's top priority.
