At UN, Trump feigns hesitation between 'deal' and 'annihilation' of Iran

The US president devoted part of his self-congratulatory speech on Tuesday to his unpopular military intervention in Iran. 'Do I drive them into hell?' he dangled rhetorically, before suggesting a possible agreement after the midterm elections in November.
