Iran stresses effective implementation of global treaty on genetic resources and traditional knowledge

London, IRNA — The Deputy Permanent Representative of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Geneva described the global treaty on genetic resources and traditional knowledge as a significant step toward establishing a more transparent and balanced international intellectual property system, and emphasized the necessity of its effective implementation.
