Ivorian footballer Malick Yalcouyé falsely accused of lying about his age

During a Premier League match between Chelsea and Brighton, social media users started spreading rumours that 20-year-old Ivorian footballer Malick Yalcouyé is older than he claims to be. The rumours gained such proportion that the youth club where he trained decided to post photos of Yalcouyé throughout the years. Recently, similar accusations were made against the new Real Madrid striker Yan Diomandé.
