Doha, September 11 (QNA) - HE Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani has discussed bilateral cooperation and regional developments in a telephone call with HE Minister of Foreign Affairs of the State of Kuwait Sheikh Jarrah Jaber Al Ahmad Al Sabah.
