Twelve British elected officials and citizens to be barred from entering Israel Israeli Foreign Minister Gideon Saar announced on Tuesday Israel's response to the UK's introduction of sanctions on goods from illegal Israeli settlements in the occupied West Bank, which includes banning a number of elected officials and British nationals from entering Israel. Among those named are former Labour Party leader and current Independent MP Jeremy Corbyn, all five Green Party MPs, and British lawyer Fahad Ansari.
