Oman, Rwanda Discuss Bilateral Ties

Muscat, September 07 (QNA) - Oman's Sultan Haitham bin Tariq has met Rwandan President Paul Kagame in Muscat to discuss strengthening bilateral relations and expanding cooperation between the two countries.
