Iran’s new consul general in Kazan meets Araghchi to outline agenda

Tehran, IRNA – Iran’s newly appointed Consul General in Kazan, Russia, Mohammad Basraei, met with Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi ahead of departing for his post to present his proposed agenda for advancing bilateral ties.
