Baqaei says TOEFL restrictions expose US targeting of Iranian citizens

Tehran, IRNA – Foreign Ministry spokesperson Esmaeil Baqaei says US restrictions on international educational services, including the TOEFL test for Iranian users, show that Washington is targeting Iranian citizens in all areas.
