Israeli Occupation Authorities Create New Settlement in West Bank

Ramallah, August 31 (QNA) - The Israeli occupation authorities on Monday created a new settlement dubbed "Noa", south of the Ganim and Kadim settlements, established on Palestinian land southeast of Jenin in the occupied West Bank.
