Iran says two French diplomats it accuses of 'interference' cannot return

The diplomats had been briefly arrested on July 19, in what the French Foreign Minister called a 'flagrant violation of diplomatic immunity.' Tehran claimed they had 'interfered in Iran's internal affairs' and barred them from returning to Iran.
