Lebanon: Flash Update #49 - Escalation of hostilities in Lebanon (as of 10 August 2026)

HIGHLIGHTS At least 4,335 deaths and 12,277 injuries recorded due to hostilities since 2 March, with 355 people killed and 276 injured since the 19 June ceasefire announcement, according to the Ministry of Public Health. 352,793 people remain displaced within Lebanon as of 6 August, while 834,651 people have reported returning to their areas of origin.
