US failed to achieve all its stated objectives in war with Iran: IRGC spokesperson

Tehran, IRNA – Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) spokesperson Brigadier General Hossein Mohebbi says the United States failed to achieve all of its stated objectives in its war against Iran, reaching a point of desperation in less than 20 days and seeking intermediaries to negotiate an end to the conflict.
