Iran parliament to decide fate of Caspian Sea convention: Foreign Ministry spokesperson

Tehran, IRNA — Iran’s Foreign Ministry spokesperson Esmail Baqaei has stressed that the country independently makes decisions on international agreements based on its national interests, saying the final decision on the Convention on the Legal Status of the Caspian Sea rests with the Iranian Parliament.
