Key Messages Crisis (IPC Phase 3) outcomes are expected to persist from July to September 2026 in conflict-affected areas of northern Cabo Delgado. Ongoing insecurity continues to disrupt livelihoods, limit income-generating opportunities, and restrict market access, leaving worst-affected households unable to meet their basic food needs.
