Iran and Oman 'close to deal' on Hormuz... but not with the US

Iran said Wednesday it is in the "final stage" of drafting an agreement with Oman over the Strait of Hormuz but denied the US was involved in the negotiations. Trump had in recent days insisted a deal to reopen the critical waterway was imminent. Laurent Berstecher explains.
