Gharibabadi: Agreement between Iran and Oman on arrangements for Strait of Hormuz is finalizing

Tehran, IRNA – Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister Kazem Gharibabadi said on Wednesday that whether Tehran would collect transit fees from vessels passing through the Strait of Hormuz would depend on decisions by the country's highest authorities and on United States conduct.
