Mourners in Qeshm attend the funeral procession and burial of Qaisar Jafari, Zahra Jafari and their two-year-old son, Sina Jafari, who were killed in a US attack on the Chah-Tangu neighborhood of the island. The funeral was held Tuesday afternoon (August 4, 2026) alongside the Arbaeen pilgrims’ march, with large crowds of residents, officials and the families of the victims, before the three were laid to rest beside Imamzadeh Seyyed Mozaffar.
