UNICEF Calls for End of Attacks on Children in Russia and Ukraine

Geneva, August 05 (QNA) - The United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) called on all parties to uphold by their obligations under international humanitarian law, including the protection of children and civilian infrastructure in Russia and Ukraine.
