AFGHANISTAN Heavy rainfall and flash floods continued to affect central, eastern, northeastern and southeastern Afghanistan, with significant impacts reported in Ghazni, Kapisa, Laghman, Logar, Nangarhar, Paktia, Paktika and Parwan provinces. In Laghman, three people were killed, four injured and 187 families affected.
