Lebanese President: State's Monopoly on Use of Weapons Is a Sovereign Decision

Beirut, July 29 (QNA) - Lebanese President Gen. Joseph Aoun stressed Wednesday that the state's monopoly on the use of weapons is a wholly Lebanese sovereign decision.
