HIGHIGHTS Heavy rainfall, flash floods and related natural hazards continued to affect communities in central, eastern, northeastern and southeastern regions of Afghanistan. Significant impacts were reported in Ghazni, Kapisa, Laghman, Logar, Nangarhar, Paktia, Paktika and Parwan, among other provinces.
