Araghchi stresses Ukraine needs to make up for attack

Tehran, IRNA — Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi and his Ukrainian counterpart have held a phone call a few days after the attack on an Iranian cargo ship by Ukrainian forces in the Caspian Sea.
