Iran and EU foreign minister hold diplomatic call Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi and EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Kaja Kallas held a phone call on Tuesday to discuss developments in the Middle East. According to a Telegram statement issued by Araghchi, the pair spoke about "the latest regional and international developments, as well as ways to help de-escalate tensions and maintain stability and security in the region".
