Araghchi stresses to Ukraine FM need to make up for attack

Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi and his Ukrainian counterpart, Andrii Sybiha, held a phone call on Tuesday evening few days after the attack on an Iranian cargo ship by Ukrainian forces in the Caspian Sea.
