Iran's Ilam Province operates special flights for Arbaeen pilgrims

Ilam, IRNA – Iran is stepping up flights ahead of Arbaeen that falls on August 4, with the western border province of Ilam now announcing readiness to airlift pilgrims heading to Iraq.
