Iran says US ‘destroyed foundation’ for dialogue with third betrayal of diplomacy

Tehran, IRNA – Iran says the United States has “destroyed the foundation” for dialogue by committing a “flagrant and gross violation” of the 14-point Islamabad Memorandum of Understanding, marking the third time in a year that Washington has betrayed diplomacy through acts of aggression against the country.
