Iran tells UN US attack on rescue vessels constitutes ‘war crime’

New York, IRNA – Iran has formally complained to the United Nations, saying the United States has committed a “war crime” by deliberately targeting two Iranian maritime search-and-rescue vessels, saying the ships were engaged solely in humanitarian operations and were not involved in any military activity at the time of the attack.
