Advisor to Leader: Iran’s new phase of deterrence means attacks will not come at low cost

Tehran, IRNA – Ali Akbar Velayati, senior adviser to the Leader of the Islamic Revolution on international affairs, has warned that the notion that striking Iran would come at little cost is a mistake whose consequences could extend far beyond the military sphere, as the country has strengthened its deterrence.
