Iran seeks no outside permission on technology development, first VP says

Tehran, IRNA – First Vice President Mohammad-Reza Aref said Iran’s defensive and security power rests on scientific and technological advancement, stressing that the country does not seek anyone’s permission to develop technology, but it makes its achievements available to friendly nations.
