US launches new airstrikes on Iran after confirming troop deaths

Washington launched its eighth consecutive wave of strikes in Iran overnight Saturday with US Central Command saying the latest attacks had targeted Iran's Revolutionary Guard in retaliation for Tehran's killing of two US troops at an airbase in Jordan.
