Iran FM congratulates Venezuelan counterpart for appointment, calls for stronger Tehran–Caracas ties

Tehran, IRNA – Iran’s foreign minister, Araghchi, has congratulated Venezuela’s newly appointed foreign relations and trade minister and expressed hope that cooperation between Tehran and Caracas will continue to grow.
