Russian FM says US attacks on Iran violate Islamabad memorandum of understanding

Tehran, IRNA – Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov says Tuesday that the United States has violated a recently signed memorandum of understanding with Iran by resuming military strikes against Iranian territory.
