Ghalibaf expresses condolences over passing of former Qatari Emir

Tehran, IRNA – In a message delivered to the Qatari Ambassador in Tehran, Iranian Parliament Speaker, Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf, extended his deep condolences over the passing of the former Qatari Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani.
