Pakistani analyst: US chief violator of Islamabad memorandum, responsible for delay in talks

Islamabad, IRNA – A senior Pakistani political analyst and journalist said Tuesday that the United States is the principal violator of the Islamabad memorandum of understanding and bears responsibility for delaying negotiations with Iran, criticizing Washington’s belligerent conduct toward Tehran.
