Libya Presidential Council Chairman Meets Ghana's President Envoy

Tripoli, July 10 (QNA) - Chairman of the Presidential Council of the State of Libya Dr. Mohamed Al Menfi met in Libya on Thursday with Special Envoy of the President of Ghana Felicia Adjei, who is visiting Libya.
