Through Norad, Norway is allocating up to NOK 400 million over four years to three organisations that will help protect civilians and reduce the risks posed by landmines, cluster munitions and other explosive hazards. ‘Landmines and explosive remnants of war constitute a serious and long-lasting threat to civ
