Iran rejects IMO draft, defends Strait of Hormuz legal position in council submission

London, IRNA – The Islamic Republic of Iran has submitted a formal document to the International Maritime Organization (IMO) Council rejecting a draft proposal politically motivated, legally unfounded, and outside the Council's technical mandate.
