OVERVIEW: According to the Viet Nam Disaster and Dyke Management Authority ( VDDMA ) and the National Centre for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting ( NCHMF ), on the evening of 4 July 2026, Tropical Cyclone MAYSAK made landfall over northern Quang Ninh. Tropical Cyclone MAYSAK brought Level 8-9 winds with gusts up to Level 12, rough seas, and heavy rainfall.
