Iran to close Tehran airspace for funeral ceremonies Iran will fully close Tehran’s airspace on Monday as part of funeral arrangements, the Iranian Students’ News Agency (ISNA) has reported. Flights continued during Sunday’s ceremony, but Iran’s Civil Aviation Organisation said regular services at Tehran’s Mehrabad International Airport and Imam Khomeini International Airport would be suspended on Monday as public commemorations take place in the capital. Mehrabad airport is expected to return to normal operations
