Araghchi and Barzani stress Implementation of Iran-Iraq Security Cooperation Memorandum

Tehran, IRNA – In a meeting with the foreign minister of the Islamic Republic of Iran, the President of the Iraqi Kurdistan Region held consultations on strengthening cooperation between Iran and the region—including under the Iran-Iraq Security Cooperation Agreement—aimed at safeguarding border security and preventing third parties from exploiting the situation to destabilize the region.
