Qatar Takes Part in GCC Meeting of Heads of Government Human Rights Bodies Riyadh, July 01, 2026 The State of Qatar has participated in the 20th meeting of Their Excellencies heads of government human rights agencies in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), held at the GCC General Secretariat headquarters in Riyadh.
