Russia Declares Romanian Consul in St. Petersburg 'Persona Non Grata'

Moscow, June 25 (QNA) - The Russian Foreign Ministry on Thursday declared the Romanian Consul General in St. Petersburg persona non grata and announced the closure of Romanian Consulate General in the city.
